Suzuka 2013 Day 2 (Race)

August 18th, 2012 - On Day 2 of the Pokka 1000 Super GT at Suzuka for the 5th round of the championship series. This year's race distance was 1000km(first time since it was trimmed from 700 km to 500 km.) and anything could have happened between the green light and the checkered flag. This year, I was back in the media center and unrestricted access to the entire track(except the pit lane during the race) and I went to select spots on the track to get some nice shots during the race and to take a break, I tool a walk through the teams garages get really up close to the teams/drivers!

What kind of race event in Japan would be complete without some delectable female eye candy there to spice things up and add quality... I didn't have to push/shove with the 'amateur camera boys' and was able to see all the team's girls decked out in their sponsor's outfits in the sponsor's areas for the fans!
